About the event
SKILLS COVERED
These 8 on ice sessions will consist of evasive skating techniques, advanced shooting and competitive puck protection techniques. All skills will be catered to the level of the player and to help them reach the next level. All skills will be taught with game implementation as the main focus.
PROGRAM FORMAT
Each skill will be complemented with a 20 min 3v3 scrimmage so players are able to try each skill in real time and under pressure with the guidance of their coaches. These skills are being taught to bring creativity and awareness into the game.
40 min skill session & 20 min 3v3 session
